Hydraulic Cylinder Description

[1] Low cost maintenance:
The cylinder only needs regular grease lubrication in complex environments, and no wearing parts need maintenance and replacement, which will reduce a lot of after-sales service costs than the hydraulic system and air pressure system. The cylinder is easily connected with plc and other control systems to achieve high precision motion control. It can make the environment greener, more energy efficient and cleaner.

Very flexible mounting configuration can be provided with a full range of mounting components: mounting front flange, rear flange, side flange, tail hinge, trunnion mounting, guide module, etc.
The working principle is as follows: The electro-hydraulic pulse servo cylinder is composed of stepper motor, three-position four-way servo valve, mechanical feedback device (wire carrier) and oil lever. When the stepper motor gets a pulse signal, its output shaft rotates 1.5 or 3 degrees, the servo valve spool drives the wire to rotate at the same time, the valve spool moves and opens the reversing cylinder to output pressure oil, the piston moves and drives the lead screw to reverse rotate the valve spool back to the original position, and the servo valve stops output pressure oil in the center. At this time, the cylinder moves 0.1 or 0.2mm stroke, and the displacement and speed of the cylinder travel are determined according to the given value of the electrical pulse.
