The Bosch Rexroth R900323180 (ZDR) is a direct operated pressure reducing valve designed for sandwich plate mounting, which offers precise control over system pressure by reducing it in specific circuits. This model features a robust housing, a responsive control spool, and a durable compression spring to maintain consistent secondary circuit pressure. The valve's functionality is adjustable via several methods, including a rotary knob or a sleeve with hexagon and protective cap, among others. The ZDR series valve operates by allowing hydraulic fluid to flow freely from channel A to A when in the initial open position. Pressure exceeding the set value on the compression spring prompts the control spool to shift, maintaining constant pressure levels in channel A. This mechanism is crucial for systems where secondary pressure regulation is necessary for optimal operation. Innovatively designed with internal control signal and pilot oil supply from channel A for version A, and from channel P for versions P and B, this valve ensures efficient operation across different configurations.
