Working principle of cartridge valves:
Cartridge valves are a switch valve that uses a small flow control oil to control a large flow of working oil. It realizes the control function by inserting the cone valve into the oil block. The basic structure of the cartridge valve includes a control cover, a cartridge unit (including a valve sleeve, a spring, a valve core and a seal), a cartridge block and a pilot element. The control cover encapsulates the cartridge unit in the cartridge block and controls the on-off of the main oil circuit through the pilot valve. By changing the pressure of the control oil port, the on-off and flow direction of the main oil circuit can be controlled. The cartridge valve can form pressure control, direction control or flow control according to different pilot valves, and can form a composite control.
