The main features of magnetic pumps include:
No leakage: There is no direct contact between the rotor and stator of the magnetic pump, and the power is transmitted through magnetic coupling, so the loopholes of the mechanical seal are completely eliminated and the leakage problem of the pump is avoided.
Safe and reliable: Since the magnetic pump adopts magnetic coupling transmission, there are no springs and other components in the dynamic seal and static seal, which effectively avoids explosion accidents caused by leakage.
Environmentally friendly and pollution-free: The magnetic pump does not require packing for dynamic and static seals, which fundamentally eliminates the pollution of the liquid and is suitable for conveying flammable, explosive, toxic or corrosive liquids.
High efficiency and energy saving: The magnetic pump transmits torque through the magnetic field, there is no friction and wear, which reduces energy loss and improves overall efficiency. In addition, the magnetic pump does not require independent lubrication and cooling water, which reduces energy consumption.
Corrosion resistance: Magnetic pumps are usually made of corrosion-resistant materials, such as stainless steel and rare earth permanent magnet materials, and can work under various harsh working conditions and adapt to high temperature, high pressure and corrosive media.

Precautions for use include:
No idling: Since the cooling and lubrication of the chemical magnetic pump depends on the medium being transported, idling is absolutely prohibited, and no-load operation caused by restarting after a power outage during work should be avoided.
Filter medium: If the transported medium contains solid particles, a filter should be added at the inlet of the pump flow pipe; if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.
Ambient temperature: The ambient temperature of the chemical magnetic pump should be less than 40℃, and the motor temperature rise should not exceed 75℃.
Prevent dry friction: It is strictly forbidden to operate the magnetic pump for a long time when idling, the medium is evacuated or the outlet valve is closed, so as to avoid overheating and failure of the magnetic transmission.
Avoid pressure system: Since the magnetic pump uses a "static bearing", it cannot be used in a pressurized system, and both positive and negative pressure are not feasible.
