Its robust construction includes a housing, bearing cover, end cover, internal gear, pinion shaft, plain bearings, axial washers, and a stop pin complemented by a segment filler element that provides excellent separation of suction and pressure chambers. The PGF2-2X/019RA20VP2 pump operates through a hydrodynamically supported pinion shaft driving the internal gear. This design allows for increased volume in the suction range leading to efficient fluid flow and displacement via the pressure channel P. The pump's axial compensation ensures minimal longitudinal gaps between rotating and fixed parts for superior sealing of the pressure chamber.
