Description:
Rexroth Overflow Valve DZ10-1-52 100Y is a kind of hydraulic relief valve, which is mainly used for pressure control and flow regulation in hydraulic system. The basic function of the overflow valve is to flow excess hydraulic fluid back to the tank when the system pressure exceeds the set value, in order to keep the system pressure stable.
Application areas:
Pressure relief function: in the quantitative pump throttling adjustment system, when the system pressure increases, the relief valve opens, so that the excess flow back to the tank, to ensure that the relief valve inlet pressure (i.e., pump outlet pressure) constant.
Pressure stabilizing effect: the relief valve is connected in series on the return oil circuit, generating back pressure and increasing the smoothness of the moving parts.
System unloading role: the remote port of the relief valve in series with a small flow of solenoid valves, when the solenoid is energized, the remote port of the relief valve through the tank, the hydraulic pump unloading, the relief valve as an unloading valve to use.
Safety protection function: when the system works normally, the valve is closed. Only when the load exceeds the specified limit (system pressure exceeds the regulated pressure), open the relief, overload protection, so that the system pressure does not increase (usually so that the regulating pressure of the relief valve than the highest working pressure of the system 10% 20% higher).
