Description:
This is an electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve with plate connection, structure type of ball valve and control mode of electro-hydraulic proportional valve. Its nominal pressure is 315MPa, nominal diameter is 10mm, rated flow qn is 10L/min, pressure adjustment range is 20MPa, unloading pressure is 30MPa, using oil temperature range is 40℃, oil viscosity is 50m2/s, external dimensions are 200mm, weight is 150kg. The valve is mainly composed of pilot control valve and main valve. The pilot control valve is equipped with a proportional solenoid, which controls the flow direction and pressure of the pilot oil by receiving an external electric signal, and then pushes the control spool of the main valve to move, realizing the proportional control of the flow direction and flow rate of the oil in the main oil circuit.
