The main features of Rexroth pressure relays include:
Plunger design: Rexroth HED series pressure relays adopt a plunger design, which has high sensitivity and stability, especially in the low pressure range (0~50kgf/cm).
Micro switch: When the set pressure is reached, the spring seat transmits the movement of the plunger to the micro switch, releasing it, thereby connecting or disconnecting the circuit. This design protects the micro switch when the pressure drops suddenly, and prevents the spring from being crushed when the pressure is too high.
Multiple installation methods: Suitable for vertical or horizontal installation to meet different installation needs. In addition, pipe connection is also provided, which is convenient and fast.
Multiple adjustment elements: Including spindles with hexagon sockets, spindles with or without shields, spindles with hexagon sockets and scales, and knobs with scales and lockable knobs to meet different adjustment needs.

Choose the right pressure level: Pressure relays are generally divided into different pressure levels. Choosing the right pressure level can ensure its normal operation. For example, if you need to send a signal at 35kgf/cm², you should choose a model with a pressure measurement range of 5~70kgf/cm².
Avoid installing on the oil return line: The pressure relay must be placed where the pressure changes significantly to output electrical signals. If installed on the oil return line, since the oil return line is directly connected to the oil tank, the pressure does not change and the pressure relay will not work.
Regular inspection and maintenance: Regularly check the status of the sealing ring and micro switch to ensure that they are working properly. If oil leakage or micro switch is not sensitive, the relevant parts should be replaced in time.
