Simple structure and strong flow capacity: SUN cartridge valves are simple in design and suitable for various high-pressure and high-flow systems.
Standardized design: By changing different pilot control valves and cover plates, the functions of different valves can be easily realized, while the structure of the cartridge main valve remains unchanged, which is convenient for standardization.
Multi-function integration: Valves with different functions can be inserted into an integrated valve body, and the channels between valves are connected through the oil holes inside the valve body, realizing pipeless connection, reducing leakage, occupying a small area, and facilitating integration.
High-precision pressure regulation: SUN cartridge valves have high pressure regulation accuracy, small pressure fluctuations with flow rate, smooth regulation, low noise, and moderate response speed.
Reduced manufacturing time: The control system designed with cartridge valves can reduce manufacturing time. Each component can be tested independently before being assembled into an integrated valve block, and the overall system can also be tested before shipment.
Easy to install and maintain: The free-floating design of the SUN cartridge valve reduces the sensitivity of the installation torque, avoids the possibility of internal moving components getting stuck, and also reduces installation time and maintenance costs.
Precautions for use:
Preparation before installation: Make sure all parts are complete, such as springs, seals and retaining rings, to avoid damage during assembly.
Details during installation: When installing the control cover, align the position of the oil port or the locating pin, and the fixing screws must be high-strength screws (grade 10.9 or 12.9).
Special case handling: If the spring of the cartridge assembly is particularly hard, the cover should be installed with long screws first, and then replaced with short screws when it is pressed to the appropriate position.
