High safety and sealing performance
The design of magnetic isolation sleeve completely blocks external leakage and has high controllability of internal leakage, which is especially suitable for corrosive, toxic or high and low temperature media.
The valve body casting process is mature, the internal flow channel is optimized, the pressure drop is small and it is resistant to high pressure (up to 350bar), which is suitable for complex working conditions.
Precise control and fast response
The electromagnet drives the valve core to move, the response time is as short as milliseconds, and the action is sensitive; it supports DC/AC coil interchange for easy maintenance.
Supports manual emergency button operation, and the valve position can be switched mechanically in the event of power failure.

Precautions for use
Installation and debugging
It needs to be installed horizontally to ensure the axial stability of the valve core and avoid hydraulic shock causing valve position deviation; it is recommended to connect the T port directly to the oil tank to reduce pressure fluctuations.
The control pressure must meet the minimum requirements (refer to the specific model parameters), otherwise the valve core cannot be pushed.
Medium and environmental requirements
The cleanliness of the medium is required to be high, and a filter must be installed to prevent particles from clogging the valve body; the applicability of viscous media must be confirmed.
High-temperature fluids require heat-resistant sealing materials and piston structures.
Operation and maintenance
Regularly check the status of the electromagnet and seals, and replace them in time if they are abnormally worn; avoid long-term overpressure operation.
For spring-reset valve bodies, ensure that the system pressure is not lower than the minimum value required for spring adjustment.
Selection and adaptation
Select the normally closed/normally open type according to the working conditions. The normally open type is preferred when the continuous opening time is long.
Pay attention to the pressure matching between the solenoid valve and other components of the hydraulic system, and configure a pressure relief valve if necessary.
