Precautions for use
Installation and commissioning specifications
During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the arrow of the valve body is consistent with the flow direction of the medium. Maintenance space must be reserved for vertical installation, and avoid exposure to direct dripping environment.
The power supply voltage must be stable within the range of ±10% of the rated value (such as DC24V) to avoid voltage fluctuations causing control signal distortion.
Medium and operation management
The air supply system needs to be equipped with a pre-filter device to prevent particles such as rust and welding slag from entering the valve body and accelerating diaphragm wear.
Compressed air should be processed through a dryer, and the humidity must meet the standard (relative humidity ≤95%). Long-term deactivation requires the residual medium in the valve to be emptied and anti-rust grease to be applied.
Maintenance and troubleshooting
Regularly check the sealing performance of the diaphragm and the performance of the spring. It is recommended to add lubricating grease to the rotating parts every week and clean the impurities in the valve every quarter.
In case of abnormal pressure fluctuations or leakage, it is necessary to disassemble and repair in a power-off state. For complex faults, the bypass device can be enabled to maintain the system operation.
