Product Description
Solenoid valve (Solenoid valve) is an industrial device controlled by electromagnetism, is an automated basic component used to control fluids, belongs to the actuator, not limited to hydraulics and pneumatics. It is used in industrial control systems to adjust the direction, flow rate, speed and other parameters of the medium. Solenoid valves can be combined with different circuits to achieve the expected control, and both the accuracy and flexibility of the control can be guaranteed. There are many types of solenoid valves, and different solenoid valves play different roles in different positions of the control system. The most commonly used ones are check valves, safety valves, directional control valves, speed control valves, etc. There is a sealed cavity inside the solenoid valve, with through holes opened at different positions. Each hole is connected to a different oil pipe. In the middle of the cavity is a piston, and on both sides are two electromagnets. When the coil of one of the magnets is energized, the valve body will be attracted to that side.
By controlling the movement of the valve body, different oil discharge holes can be opened or closed. The oil inlet hole is always open, and the hydraulic oil will enter different oil discharge pipes. Then, the pressure of the oil pushes the piston of the oil cylinder, which in turn drives the piston rod, and the piston rod drives the mechanical device. In this way, the mechanical movement is controlled by regulating the on-off of the current in the electromagnet. Principle: It is a combination of direct-acting and pilot-operated principles. When there is no pressure difference between the inlet and outlet, upon energification, the electromagnetic force directly lifts the pilot small valve and the main valve closure member successively upward, opening the valve. When the inlet and outlet reach the starting pressure difference, after being powered on, the electromagnetic force operates the small valve. The pressure in the lower chamber of the main valve rises and the pressure in the upper chamber drops, thereby using the pressure difference to push the main valve upward. When power is cut off, the pilot valve uses the spring force or the pressure of the medium to push the closing member downward, thus closing the valve.Features: It can operate under zero pressure difference or vacuum and high pressure conditions, but it has a relatively high power consumption and must be installed horizontally.
