Product Description
Cartridge valves are equipment used in various hydraulic machinery.This equipment is different from ordinary hydraulic control valves. Its flow rate can reach 1000L/min and the diameter can reach 200 to 250mm. The valve core has a simple structure, sensitive action and good sealing performance. Its function is relatively simple, mainly to achieve the on or off of the liquid path. Only when used in combination with ordinary hydraulic control valves can the control of the oil direction, pressure and flow rate in the system be realized. The component consists of a valve core, a valve sleeve, a spring and a sealing ring. According to different uses, they are classified into directional valve assemblies, pressure valve assemblies and flow valve assemblies. The installation dimensions of the three components with the same diameter are the same, but the structural forms of the valve cores and the diameters of the valve sleeves are different. Each of the three components has two main oil ports A and B and one control port x (C).
